Private lessons are given once a week, or more frequently,
in an encouraging and positive environment.
Expectations are high, yet the program is tailored to each student's
unique disposition and desires.

Jim has been teaching and performing professionally
in the Seattle area since 1990. He has helped
many students prepare successfully for music school and orchestral
auditions as well as many other performance opportunities.
Most importantly, however, he has helped many attain
a life-long appreciation and enjoyment of music.
